Indian Table tennis player Bhavina Hashmukhbhai Patel won silver medal at 2013 ITTF Para table tennis Asian regional championships in Beijing on 21 October 2013.
With this victory Bhavina Hashmukhbhai Patel became the first Indian to win a silver medal at the ITTF Para table tennis Asian regional championships. Bhavina Hashmukhbhai, lost to top-seed Zhang Miao of China 6-11, 9-11, 2-11 in the final of the women's singles Class 4 Second.
Earlier, Bhavina defeated second-seeded Ji Nam Jun from Korea 11-6, 9-11, 11-7, 11-9 in the semifinals and Taipei’s Ya Chu Lee 11-2, 11-8, 11-6 in the quarterfinals.
