Envoys of four nations- South Africa, Qatar, Slovenia and Namibia presented their credentials to the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee at a ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi on 23 October 2013.

The credentials were presented by the envoys. These were:

• France Kosinyane Morule, High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa
• Ahmed Ibrahim Abdulla Al-Abdulla, Ambassador of the State of Qatar
• Darja Bavdaz Kuret, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia
• Pius Dunaiski, High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia
