Indsur Nevron acquired CDA Contracts in UK

Indsur Group based in Mumbai on 12 March 2014 announced acquisition of a leading British thermal engineering company CDA Contracts Ltd. The process of acquisition by Indsur Group was completed by its UK-headquartered Indsur Nevron Eurotherm Ltd. The amount of acquisition was not declared.

CDA Contracts that specialized in industrial process, energy, chemical and other sectors has served throughout the United Kingdom and overseas for over 15 years.  

This acquisition of the CDA Contracts Ltd is the second acquisition of Indsur Group in UK. Its first acquisition was of Nevron Eurotherm Insulation Ltd. in October 2012.  Nevron Eurotherm Insulation has been christened as Indusr Nevron Eurotherm Ltd.
