Indian Davis Cupper and top seed Karan Rastogi of Maharashtra defeated Mithun Murali of Tamil Nadu 6-3, 6-2 in the men's singles final of the 34th National Games' tennis competition on 23 February 2011. Vivek Shokeen & Ashsutosh Singh of Delh defeated Ajay Selvaraj & Murali of Tamil Nadu 6-3, 6-0 to win the doubles final.
Unseeded Ratnika Batra of Delhi defeated Zainab Ali from Andhra Pradesh 6-3, 6-2 in women’s singles. Gopika Kapoor & Prerna Bhambri of Delhi outdid Batra & Nehel Sahni from Delhi 6-3, 2-6, 10-4 to win the doubles final.
In cycling the 42km individual road race time trial for men was won by Sombir Singh of Services while 28 km individual road race time trial for women was won by Mahitha Mohan of Kerala.
In kho kho Maharashtra and Kerala won the tile titles in men’s and women’s category respectively.
