NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation), announced on 27 March 2011 to take over all the international operations in Libya, which includes military operations to enforce no-fly zone, civilian protections and enforcement of arms embargo. NATO decided to take over the whole military operations in Libya under the United Nations Security Council Resolution. According to NATO the objective behind this decision is to protect civilians under threat of attack from the Qadhafi regime. NATO will try to implement all the aspects of the UN resolution.
