State Finance Minister Diya Kumari released Rajasthan's comprehensive budget for the fiscal year 2024–25 following the recent assembly and general elections.
As Kumari introduced the budget, she stated that the state's BJP government is drafting ten resolutions to grow the state's economy to 350 billion USD.

Greenfield Expressways:
Construction of nine greenfield expressways has been announced in this Rajasthan government state budget. It is the first time that the state government has announced such a large project for expressway construction. A total length of 2,750 km will be constructed under this project. The proposed expressways are as follows:

- Yuva Policy - 2024: Introduced with the Atal Entrepreneurship Programme, offering loans up to Rs 10 crore for start-ups.
- One District One Product Initiative: A new policy with an annual budget of Rs 100 crore will be introduced. Incentives will be provided under the "Local for Local" scheme to promote local products.
- Healthcare: 1,500 new positions for doctors and 4,000 new positions for nursing staff will be created.
- Village Development: Baba Saheb Ambedkar Adarsh Gram Yojana will be launched for the overall development of villages with a population of 10,000.
- Loans for EWS Buyers: Rs 25 crore will be allocated for providing loans to buyers from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
