Shane Watson Stepped Down as Vice-Captain of Australian Test Cricket Team

Shane WatsonThe Australian Cricketer and all-rounder player, Shane Watson on 20 April 2013 stepped down from the position of Vice-Captain of the Australian International test Cricket team.

His decision came up before the Champions League and the Ashes Series that is scheduled to be organized in England in July 2013.

About Shane Watson

•  Shane Watson is a right-handed batsman and a right-handed fast medium bowler of Australia
•  He made his debut to the Australian cricket team in 2002, and played his first One Day International match against South Africa
•  He made his debut in test cricket against Pakistan in January 2005 at Sydney Cricket Ground
•  In 2010 and 2011, he won the Allan Border Medal and became the second cricketer to win back to back two Allan Border medals after Ricky Pointing
