Tollywood comedian Kondavalasa Lakshman Rao died

Tollywood comedian Kondavalasa Lakshman Rao passed away on 2 November 2015 following age related ailments. He was 69.

Kondavalasa belonged to the group of very few comedians in the Telugu Film Industry who strongly register in people’s mind and hearts with their excellent performance. He was born in Srikakulam.

Kondavalasa made a late debut in films in 2002 after performing about 1000 plays. He was introduced to the Telugu film audience through the role of Pottiraju in Avunu Vall Idharu Ishtapaddaru film directed by Vamsy.

He also worked in Visakhapatnam Port Trust at Visakhapatnam and took voluntary retirement in year 2000. He acted in more than 300 films.

Radha Gopalam, Pandem, Rajababu, Boss, Adhurs, Bendu Apparao RMP, Knife Babji etc. were a few of the videos introduced by Kondavalasa. His filmography contain distinguished films like Andarivadu Adhurs, Varudu, Radha Gopalam Satyam, etc.
