It has been claimed by the NASA scientists that the Vikram lander had a hard landing on the lunar surface. However, the lander cannot be located.
Indian track and field athlete PT Usha has been honoured with the International International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) Veteran Pin Award during the 52nd Congress of the IAAF which was held in Qatar. PT Usha managed to reach the finals at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984 but missed the bronze medal by a hundredth of a second.
Jammu and Kashmir Government has become issued more than 11 lakhs golden cards under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) within 90 days of the launch of the scheme. With this, J&K becomes the first state to distribute the highest number of golden cards under AB-PMJAY.
Reserve Bank of India imposed restrictions on Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative (PMC) Bank for six months. The As per the restrictions, depositors will not be able to withdraw over Rs 10,000 from their savings, current or other account in the bank.
