A picture of Indian skipper Virat Kohli has gone viral on social media and the Twitterati have left no stone unturned in retweeting the picture with hilarious captions. The picture shows the Indian skipper pleading to the umpire with folded hands.
The picture was taken during India’s match against Afghanistan when India asked for a Decision Review System (DRS) review after the umpire did not respond to their LBW appeal during Mohammed Shami’s over. The review, though, went in Afghanistan’s favour and the batsman survived but the Indian skipper’s expression did not go unnoticed by the Twitterati, who started a meme-game online.
