Personal Records:

  • Vispy Kharadi: This "Steel Man of India" has bent 24 iron bars using his head in Italy.
  • Vikas Swami: Despite having an accident on his bike, Vikas hand-stands lifted more than 80 kilograms in Mumbai.
  • Smita Srivastava: Smita, from Uttar Pradesh, has held the record for the longest hair on a living person since she was 14.
  • Kalpana Balan: Kalpana, a 26-year-old Indian woman, has a unique record with 38 teeth, surpassing the typical adult count.
  • Arnav Daga: A 15-year-old from Kolkata built models of famous buildings in his city using playing cards. He spent 41 days doing this and created Writer's Building, Shaheed Minar, Salt Lake Stadium, and St. Paul's Cathedral with 143,000 playing cards.
  • Sidakdeep Singh Chahal: Sidakdeep, a 15-year-old boy from Uttar Pradesh, won the record for the longest hair on a male teenager. His hair was 130 cm long.
  • Shridhar Chillal: Born in 1938, Shridhar holds the record for the longest fingernails on a single hand, measuring 197.8 cm. He stopped cutting his nails in 1952 and wishes to have them preserved in a museum.
  • John Peter: John holds the record for eating the most earthworms in a minute.
  • Avtar Singh Mauni: Avtar from Patiala, Punjab, holds the record for the longest turban in the world, which stretches almost 645 meters and weighs 100 pounds, taking six hours to tie.
  • Mohammed Khursheed Hussain: Mohammed holds the world record for the fastest typing using his nose, typing 103 characters in 47.44 seconds.
  • Manoj Kumar Maharana: Manoj from Odisha, broke the record by holding 459 drinking straws in his mouth for 10 seconds without using his hands.
  • Shashank Manu: Dwarka-based freelance researcher Shashank Manu made it to travel to all the stations in the Delhi Metro network by travelling to every station and within a record time completed the journey. He got the title for finishing the trip in 15 hours, 22 minutes, and 49 seconds. The 286 stops covered in total 12 lines of the Network.

Group Successes:

Largest Laddu: Bhaktanjaneya Suruchi Firms, a sweet firm based in Tapeswaram, made a laddu weighing 29,465 kg from the traditional boondi recipe.

Mass Surya Namaskars: Gujarat has entered the Guinness World Records with 4,000 participants performing Surya Namaskars across 108 locations.

Indians are highly motivated to get their names in the Guinness Book of World Records, with a significant amount of mail being sent to the London headquarters from India.
