In the IPL, we've witnessed some of the most thrilling dismissals over the years. When they happen in back-to-back overs, it's absolute madness. But you know what's even better? Getting not one, not two, but three wickets in a row. That's what we call a hat trick!

In the Indian Premier League, this incredible achievement has been accomplished 22 times by 19 different bowlers across 16 seasons. And leading the pack is Amit Mishra, with three hat-tricks to his name.

The second season of the IPL stood out for its remarkable hat-trick occurrences, as unconventional bowlers etched their names in history. Notably, Yuvraj Singh, representing Punjab in 2009, secured two hat-tricks, placing him second only to Amit Mishra in this prestigious category.

Additionally, Rohit Sharma, donning the Hyderabad jersey, also joined the elite ranks by clinching a memorable hat-trick.

The 2023 IPL season witnessed a solitary hat-trick, a feat achieved by Rashid Khan during a clash against the Kolkata Knight Riders at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It was in the 17th over that Rashid Khan struck, dismissing Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, and Shardul Thakur successively, dealing a significant blow to the KKR lineup.
