L&T has pledged its services free of charge and is offering its vast experience and technical prowess to oversee the entire project, ranging from design to execution. The plan for constructing Ram Mandir was discussed with L&T 15 years ago, according to Champat Rai, Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra general secretary. 

2. Tata Consulting Engineers Limited

For smooth and efficient project management, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has brought in Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCEL) as the project management consultant. TCEL's expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects ensures that every aspect of the construction, from material procurement to manpower allocation, is meticulously planned and executed. The Tata Consulting Engineers’ Non Financial Annual Report mentions: “The Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has been entrusted with constructing Shree Ram Janmabhoomi. Teerth Kshetra Temple at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) is the Project Management Consultant. The proposed temple area is situated on the banks of River Sarayu (Approximately 1 km from the riverbank).”

3. Central Building Research Institute
