AIBE 18 COP: The Bar Council of India has released the Certificate of Practice (COP) to AIBE 18 qualified candidates. They can collect their certificates from their respective state bar councils. However, it should be noted that the COP of the Karnataka State Bar Council (KSBC) is on hold for now.
“For any queries or assistance regarding the collection process, please contact your respective State Bar Councils directly. Please note that the COP for candidates under the Karnataka State Bar Council will be released soon. A separate notification will be issued once they are available,” reads the official BCI notice.
AIBE Result 2024 Out on March 23
The AIBE 18 results were declared on March 23 at allindiabarexamination.com. According to the BCI, seven questions asked in the exam were withdrawn and the results were prepared on the basis of 93 questions instead of 100.
After modifications, the qualifying marks for general and OBC candidates were 45% (42 marks) whereas for SC, ST, and disabled category candidates, they were calculated as 40% (37 marks).
AIBE 18 COP: List of Required Documents
Candidates must keep the following documents handy while applying for COP:
- Copy of AIBE result
- Academic qualification documents
- 3 recent passport-size colour photographs
- Valid caste certificate (for SC/ST applicants
- Any other additional certificates, photographs, declarations, or documents specified in the application should also be submitted by the candidate
