CBSE 12th Improvement Exam 2021 Dates Released, Know Who Can Appear for 12th Re-Exam Here

CBSE 12th Result: The board will give another chance to class 12 students to appear for physical examinations so that they can improve their scores. The CBSE 12th improvement or re exam will be conducted from 16th August to 15th September 2021.

CBSE 12th Result 2021: As per the media reports, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct improvement/re-examinations for students between 16th August and 15th September 2021. If any candidate is unhappy with their Class 12 marks, they can apply again for the physical exams. The board will give another chance to Class 12 students to appear for physical examinations so that they can improve their scores. The board will also constitute a committee to look into this matter. However, the board has not given any further information on this yet, but the dates and other details about the re-exam of class 12 will be available to the students soon. 

Who Can Appear for CBSE Class 12th Improvement or Re-Exams 2021?

As per the press release by CBSE, there are four groups of students who can appear for re-exams from the August-September 2021 period. These four groups are as follows - 

  • Patrachar, private or second chance compartment students.
  • Students who are unhappy with their evaluation done based on CBSE’s marking policy.
  • First chance compartment students.
  • Students who registered for the board exams and wish to improve their scores in only one subject. 

CBSE is yet to release a proper timetable and registration dates. The timetable is expected to announce soon may be in the first week of August 2021. Students are, therefore, advised to keep track of the official portals or the same will be updated here on this page too once announced by CBSE. 

CBSE Class 12th Result 2021 

The authorities announced the result of class 12th on 30th July. This year, approximately 99.37% of students qualified in class 12, recording a pass percentage that is nearly 10% higher as compared to last year. Moreover, 5.3% of students have scored more than 95% as per the alternate methodology. However, as per reports, 65,184 students are yet to receive their board exam results. Their results are expected to come out in the first week of August 2021. Therefore, this year’s pass percentage is likely to increase in the coming week.
