The DNB CET 2019 exam date has been released by the National Board of Examination (NBE). The DNB CET 2019 (January session) will be held on 14th December 2018. Organised twice a year, the DNB CET is conducted to offer admission into the DNB postgraduate courses. The candidates who are preparing for the examination can seek admission for the post of Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test-Super Specialties (DNB-CET SS). For the convenience of the students, we have given all the important details about the examination in this article.

The DNB CET 2019 examination will be conducted in two different sessions (January and July session). The authorities will release the application for the January session 2019, in the month of November and the admit cards will be available in the first week of December. And as far as July session is concerned, the window for the registration will be open in the month of May and the admit cards will be available in the month of June. The candidates must note that apart from the examination dates, the officials have not confirmed any date yet.

The DNB CET 2019 application form for the candidates will be available soon. Once released, the application form will be available twice a month. The DNB CET application form can be filled via online mode only and it is prescribed to the candidates that they must fill the form very carefully because once the form is found incomplete; the form will be rejected. The candidates will be offered to choose the exam center city as per the availability of city centers.

The candidates who will be appearing for the examination must meet some eligibility criteria as well. First and foremost, the candidate must be an Indian citizen and he/she must be registered with the State Medical Council/Medical Council of India and must have proof of it. The student must have MBBS/MBBS provisional pass certificate approved by Medical Council of India and must have completed his/her three years of rotatory training by 31st August 2019.
