DU Admissions 2020: Delhi University will commence the admission process for the DU 3rd Cutoff List 2020. As per the schedule provided, candidates who are eligible for admissions to the undergraduate programmes offered by the affiliated colleges of Delhi University can complete the online admission process from today - October 26, 2020, to October 30, 2020. The university is conducting undergraduate admissions in the online mode for this academic year due to the COVID-19 pandemic keeping in mind the guidelines released by the government for the safety of the students and staff members.
Candidates eligible for the admissions based on the 3rd cutoff can visit the official website of Delhi University to complete the registration process. The third cutoff list for DU admissions 2020 was released by the respective colleges on Saturday - October 24, 2020. Students are required to register at the college website for admissions until October 30, 2020.
DU Registration Process
To complete the admission registrations candidates are first required to check the college wise third cutoff for the undergraduate admissions available on the official website following which the eligible candidates can select the colleges they are eligible for the admissions as per the choice of their subjects. Candidates can now complete the registration on the college website by filling in the required details in the registration link. Candidates are also required to upload the necessary documents and certificates for the admissions which will be verified by the college officials.
The Delhi University third cutoff 2020 has been released based on the number of seats available after the admissions to the second cutoff was completed. After the registration and document verification process is completed the candidates whose admissions have been approved will have to submit the admission fee online in order to complete the admission process.

Admissions closed in certain colleges
As per media reports, some of the colleges of the university have stopped the admission process for the undergraduate programmes while a marginal dip has been seen in the 3rd cut off for a few courses across the university. Resorts suggest that roughly 80 percent of seats have been filled with the completion of the admission process based on the second cutoff list.
Senior officials from the university while speaking to the media stated that the university offers close to 70,000 seats for the undergraduate programmes out of which 35, 500 seats were filled under the first cutoff while 22,147 seats were filled after the second cutoff.
