JoSAA 6th Round Allotment Result 2021 Today: As per the latest update, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority is all set to announce JoSAA Allotment Result 2021 for the 6th Round of Counselling today i.e. on 18th November 2021. Candidates should note that according to the counselling schedule, this i.e. Round 6 is the last round of the admission counselling and no further rounds will be held. While officially the time for JoSAA 6^th Allotment Result has not been confirmed, candidates will be able to check the same online after 8 PM. Candidates who have participated in the counselling process will be able to check their IIT Admission status by visiting official website i.e. josaa.nic.in. Special Admission Round for NIT+ Admissions

As stated above, the Round 6 of JoSAA Counselling process would be the last counselling round for admission to IITs. However, following this, the authority is expected to conduct a special round of admission for NIT+ system will be held after this. This round will be conducted from 20^th to 24^th November 2021. Considering this, candidates will be given only two days’ time to complete the necessary admission formalities under the Round 6 of JoSAA Counselling.   

JoSAA 6th Allotment Result 2021 – How to check online?

As done for the previous counselling rounds, the JoSAA will release the allotment result for the Roudn 6 of the IIT Admission counselling online on its official website. To better understand the counselling process, candidates are advised to follow the simple step-wise guide provided below:

• Step 1: Log onto the exam portal i.e. josaa.nic.in
• Step 2: Scroll Down to the Latest News and Updates Section
• Step 3: Locate and Click on Link for 'View Seat Allotment Result – Round 6.'
• Step 4: You will be sent to the candidate login page of the website
• Step 5: Enter the details asked i.e. JEE Main Application Number and Password in concerned fields
• Step 6: Check Allotment Result displayed on the screen and download the allotment letter
• Step 7: Take printout of the same for future reference

As this would be the last counselling round for admission to IITs, candidates will not be provided any option of exiting from the counselling process. Candidates are therefore advised to log onto the official website to get latest news and updates about JoSAA Counselling and IIT Admission Process.
