NCERT To Launch 4-Day Online Training For Teachers On Effective Communication From October 12

NCERT, in collaboration with Google for Education, will conduct a four-day online training programme for educators from October 12 to 15, 2026. The sessions will cover AI-powered communication tools, academic scheduling, digital resource management and virtual collaboration. Teachers and school administrators can register online to participate.

NCERT To Launch 4-Day Online Training For Teachers On Effective Communication From October 12

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), in partnership with Google for Education, will organise a four-day online training programme on effective communication for educators from October 12 to 15, 2026. The programme aims to help teachers and school administrators use digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve classroom communication and school management.

Titled Effective Communication: A Digital Toolkit for Educators, the programme will be conducted daily from 10 am to 11 am. It will focus on practical ways to make communication more efficient and support the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

NCERT Training Programme 2026: Session Schedule

The training will cover a different topic each day, with demonstrations and expert sessions.

  • October 12: Streamlining professional correspondence and workflow.
  • October 13: Improving time management and academic scheduling.
  • October 14: Building a centralised digital resource hub.
  • October 15: Real-time collaboration and virtual engagement.

Participants will learn how digital tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Chat and Sites, along with AI features, can help manage daily academic and administrative tasks.

How To Register for NCERT Online Training?

Interested participants can register through the link provided on the official NCERT-CIET programme webpage⁠ or scan the QR code on the official programme poster.

The sessions will be streamed live on the NCERT official YouTube channel. They will also be available through PM e-Vidya channels 6-12, DD Free Dish and Jio TV, among other television platforms.

The complete training series will later be available as a course on the DIKSHA portal. Participants interested in obtaining a certificate will need to complete the course and pass the final assessment with at least 70 per cent marks. The online course is scheduled to open on October 27, 2026.
