NEET Seat Allotment Result 2019 Declared: DGHS, on behalf of MCC has released the NEET 2019 counselling and seat allotment result for the second round. The result of the NEET Counselling 2019 for the 2nd Round was declared on 17th July 2019 in the late evening. The results are available online on the official website i.e. mcc.nic.in in the form of a PDF list. The seat allotment letter of the 2nd round has also been made available on the official website. Candidates who have participated in the 2nd Round of NEET counselling 2019 can check their selection status and download the allotment letters through the direct links provided below.

The MCC / Medical Counselling Committee has declared the NEET 2nd Seat Allotment Result 2019 on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Services. DGHS is responsible for conducting the process of NEET UG counselling on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee. Candidates will be able to check the seat allotment results on the official website or through the direct link provided above.

The second round of NEET counselling 2019 started with registration process that was open from 11th to 13th July, 2019. Candidates who did not participate in the first round were required to register for the second round. Those who had not been allotted seats in the first round or gave up the seats allotted to them for upgradation in the second round did not have to register. The choice filling process for these candidates and fresh applicants of the second round was open from 11th July to 14th July, 2019 (till 12 PM). The choice locking process was opened from 14th July, 2019 5 PM onwards. After the choices were locked by the candidates, DGHS processed the seat allotment from 15th July to 17th July, 2019, after which the results are being declared today.

The seat allotment result will contain the candidates’ ranks in the NEET UG exam and the institute allotted to them on the basis of their merit rank and choices opted for. Candidates who have been allotted seats through the second counselling round will be required to report to the allotted institute and complete the admission formalities. Such candidates also have the option to exit the counselling process with forfeiture of security fees within 2 days of publishing of the result. The seats that remain vacant after the second seat allotment result of NEET 2019 counselling due to non-reporting or non-joining by the candidates will be reverted back to the State Quota.
