SSC is conducting CHSL Exam for recruiting 3259 posts including Data Entry Operator, Lower Division Clerk, Court Clerk and Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants. SSC MTS (Non Technical) Paper I result has been declared by Staff Selection Commission. The result has been prepared on the basis of examination held from 16 September to 31 October 2017. On the basis of performance in the SSC MTS (Non Technical) 2016 Paper I, total 159182 candidates have qualified for the SSC MTS (Non Technical) 2016 Paper II. As per the official records 19, 96,411 candidates appeared in SSC MTS (Non Technical) 2016 Paper I.
SSC MTS (Non Technical) 2016 Paper II will comprise of Short Essay/ Letter in English or regional language and will be of qualifying nature. Marks obtained in the SSC MTS (Non Technical) 2016 Paper II will not be considered at the time of preparation of final result.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the revised final answer key of Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-1 Examination 2017. The examinees can download the answer key along with the Question Papers from the Staff Selection Commission’s site up to 23 February 2018 by 5:00 PM.
The examination was conducted from 5 August 2017 to 24 August 2017 at various centers across the country. More than 15 Lakh candidates appeared in the SSC CGL Tier-1 Examination 2017. SSC has declared the SSC CGL 2017 Tier I Result, On the basis of SSC CGL 2017 Tier I Examination held from 5 August to 24 August, a total of 1, 50,404 Candidates have qualified for the next phase SSC CGL 2017 Tier II Examination. As per the official information a total of 15,43,418 candidates had appeared for the SSC CGL 2017 Tier I Examination out of which 1,50,404 have qualified for the Tier-II (Paper-I and II) and Tier-III. 10,311 have qualified for the Tier-II (Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III) and Tier-III for post of JSO and Tier-II (Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-IV) and Tier-III for AAO posts.

SSC CHSL Result 2017: Descriptive Paper Scores for Postal Assistant Court Clerk/DEO/LDC Declared
To qualify for the posts of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant/Court Clerk and LDCs should be able to full the minimum typing speed criteria of English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. and Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. in SSC Typing Test.

SSC to Conduct Re-Examination of MTS (Non-Technical) Exam 2016
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is all set to conduct the re-examination of Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) Examination 2016 from 16 September 2017 to 26 October 2017 for Paper I. The examination will be conducted in the Computer based mode.
Paper-I will consist of 100 questions and the time duration of examination is allotted 90 minutes. The examination will consist of subjects- General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness, carrying 25 questions each.
Earlier, the examination was going to be held on 30 April, 14 May, 28 May, 04 June and 11 June respectively. But later, the commission issued a notice that stated the cancellation of Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) Examination 2016 on all five days.

SSC GD Constable 2017 exam notification and online application is delayed from the official schedule announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in its exam calender for for 2017. As per the official website ssc.nic.in, there is no notification issued in this regard.
Central Government recruitment body, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was expected to release SSC Constable (GD) 2017 Exam Notification today at its official website ssc.nic.in. As per the media reports the approximate number of posts in SSC GD Constable 2017 is around 57000 vacancies in various paramilitary forces on the rank of constable.
Earlier, the SSC announced to release official notification for SSC Constable (GD) Exam 2017 on 05 August 2017 in its examination calender available on official website. This examination carries 57000 vacancies to be filled up in ITBP, BSF, CISF, CRPF, Assam Rifles on the rank of constable.
Online Application & Registration for SSC Constable (GD) 2017 Exam is planned to continue till 04 September 2017 while the examination is scheduled to be held during 30 January 2018 to 05 February 2018.
As per the revised tentative schedule released by the commission, the online application form will be available till 04 September 2017. The examination for SSC Constable (GD) will commence from 30 January 2018 to 05 February 2018. The recruitment of Constable will be held on the basis of Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written test and medical test. The examination will be computer based and will contain objective type questions.
Candidates must have graduation degree/diploma/10th Pass from a recognised board or educational institute to apply for SSC Constable (GD) Exam 2017.
