AFCAT Exam (I) 2019 has been conducted on 16 and 17 February 2019 across 104 centres of the country. The exam was held in two shifts. In the first shift, there was the paper of AFCAT and in the second shift; there was the paper of AFCAT+EKT. The students, who qualify this exam, will be called for the AFSB Interview.
Indian Air Force (IAF) does not release the answer key of the AFCAT and EKT Exam. IAF directly declares the result of the Exam. So, the students are curious to know the exam analysis in order to know how well they have done in the exam. We are providing the analysis of the question paper in this article for the candidates.
The AFCAT Exam (I) 2019 was online and there were 100 questions in AFCAT Exam and 50 Questions in EKT Exam. Each question was for 3 marks and there was a negative marking of 1 mark if a student gives wrong answer to a question. The time limit for the AFCAT Exam was 2 hours and that of EKT Exam was 45 minutes.

Before we go to the exam analysis part, let us discuss the AFCAT Exam pattern. AFCAT Exam is held twice a year. The exam is conducted by the Indian Air Force. Here is the selection process of the AFCAT:
Stage 1: AFCAT Written Exam for the Non-Technical candidates; and AFCAT+EKT for the Technical candidates.
Stage 2: AFSB Interview.

The analysis of the question paper gives an idea of the difficulty level of the exam. If the candidates have done well then there are all the chances of their success in the exam. Once, the exam is cleared then there will be AFSB interview for which the candidates need to prepare well.
