Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

1. Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale (5% relaxation in qualifying marks at Master’s Level i.e. from 55% to 50% of marks, shall be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST or those who are physically disabled and those who are already in the University system)
2. Controller of Finance: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University/Institute.
3. Director (IT Services): Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / information Technology with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale.
4. Deputy Registrar: (i) Master’s Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale. (ii) Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs.6000/- and above with experience in educational administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Pay Scale

• Registrar: Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
• Controller of Finance: - Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
• Director (IT Services): Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
• Deputy Registrar: Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-
