Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC)

Educational Qualification: Graduate or or any equivalent qualification in the following subjects:- (1) Agriculture (2) Botany (3) Chemistry (4) Computer Applications/ Computer Science (5) Engineering (Agriculture/ Chemical/ Civil/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical) (6) Environmental Science (7) Forestry (8) Geology (9) Horticulture 10) Mathematics (11) Physics (12) Statistics (13) Veterinary Science (14) Zoology.

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2011): Maximum 30 years

Pay Scale: Rs 15,280- 40,510

Selection Procedure for recruitment in Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC): The final selection will be based on the written examination (Objective Type), Walking Test and Medical Test conducted by the commission. The Written Examination will be held at the five Centres mentioned below

• Hyderabad
• Visakhapatnam
• Vijayawada
• Tirupati
• Warangal

Application Fee: Each applicant must pay Rs 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee of Rs 120. Payment of Rs 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants.

The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the AP Online centres/ State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance.
