Banking and Relationship Management Courses to be Offered by NIIT University

NIIT University along with Kotak Mahindra Bank and NIIT Institute of Finance Banking & Insurance Training (IFBI) has entered into an agreement to kick start a 12 month long Post Graduation Diploma programme in Banking and Relationship Management (PGDBRM) at NIIT University campus.

Under this agreement the NIIT IFBI and NIIT University would jointly provide training to students so that they can specialize in the areas of applied banking/financial/relationship management topics and get to know more about the business and cultural orientation. The two bodies would jointly organize academic sessions for the students who would take up the course at which is going to take place at the NIIT University campus in Neemrana, Rajasthan. On completion of the programme meritorious students would get an opportunity to work as probationary officers in Kotak Mahindra Bank.

With two giants in financial and banking sector, NIIT University and IFBI, coming together the programme is expected to provide hands on training and best in class educational learning programme to its students. The programme would consist of conceptual rigour with experimental learning which is the yardstick of these two unique institutions which have joined hands to carry forward the programme. Along with the expertise of these two institutes the students would also get a lifetime experience as they would get an industry-linked internship opportunity at Kotak Mahindra Bank during their course duration which would ultimately shape the students to get ready for future job prospects at various banks or financial sectors of their choice.
