Experience
- Must have knowledge of planning of broadband and telecom projects.
- Must have experience of preparing tender documents, monitoring mechanism and implementation aspect of large telecom and broadband projects.
- Must have experience in handling all the activities regarding floating of tender and award of work e.g. evaluation of tender, preparation of agreements and MOU towards implementation of project.
- Should have been associated in implementing, monitoring and/or contribution in the project.
- Has worked or has knowledge of various aspects of BharatNet and has understanding of the implementation of BharatNet Project.
