Eligibility Criteria for BDL Managerial & Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

General Manager, Deputy General Manager (P&A): MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in HR/PM&IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/Social Work.

• Deputy Manager (Mechanical), (Electrical), (Electronics): Bachelor Degree/Five year integrated Course in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent course.
• Junior Manager (OL): MA (Hindi)/MA (FHT) with English as a subject at degree level and PG Diploma in Translation OR MA (English) with Hindi as a subject at degree level and PG Diploma in Translation.
• Safety Officer: Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology with Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Safety or equivalent OR Degree in Physics or Chemistry with Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Safety or equivalent.
• Manager, Deputy Manager (Civil): Bachelor Degree/Five year integrated Course in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Civil Engineering.

Age Limit for Managerial & Other Posts

• General Manager (P&A): Not exceeding 54 years
• Deputy General Manager (P&A): Not exceeding 55 years
• Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager (Civil): Not exceeding 35 years
• Junior Manager (OL), Manager (Civil): Not exceeding 40 years
• Safety Officer: Not exceeding 30 years
