    BEL Optronic Devices Limited (BELOP) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Asst Manager, Officer, Engineer and Operator. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 20 June 2014. BEL Optronic Devices Ltd. is a subsidiary company of BEL and is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India. It was founded in 1990 with the aim of conducting research, development and manufacture of Image Intensifier Tubes and associated high voltage Power Supply Units for use in military, security and commercial systems.

    Pay Scale

    • Asst Manager (HR): Rs.4.26 lakhs p.a.
    • Officer (Finance): Rs.3.65 lakhs p.a.
    • Engineer (D&E): Rs.3.79 lakhs p.a.
    • Senior Operator: Rs.2.74 lakhs p.a.
    • Operator (Welder): Rs.2.67 lakhs p.a.
    • Operator (Electroplater): Rs.2.67 lakhs p.a.
    • Operator (Fitter): Rs.2.67 lakhs p.a.
    • Operator (Electronics Mechanic): Rs.2.67 lakhs p.a.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    • Asst Manager (HR): Graduate with MSW/MBA/PG Diploma with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
    • Officer (Finance): Graduate with CA/ICWA (Final).
    • Engineer (D&E): MS/ME/M Tech/M Sc (Engg) in Material Science /Metallurgy.
    • Senior Operator: B.Sc in Chemistry.
    • Operator (Welder): ITI + NCTVT.
    • Operator (Electroplater): ITI + NCTVT.
    • Operator (Fitter): ITI + NCTVT.
    • Operator (Electronics Mechanic): ITI + NCTVT.

    Age Limit

    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 30 years as on 31 March 2014 for post no. 1 & 2.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 28 years as on 31 March 2014 for post no. 4 to 8.
    • Maximum age of the candidate should be 27 years as on 31 March 2014 for post no. 3.

    Application fee

    Candidates belonging to GEN/OBC category are required to pay Rs.500/- for post no. 1 to 3 and Rs.300/- for remaining posts in the form of Demand Draft drawn in on any scheduled bank (preferably SBI) in favour of BEL Optronic Devices Limited, Pune.

    Selection Process

    Selection process will be done on the basis of performance in written test followed by an interview of shortlisted candidates.
