As per the official CBSE Date Sheet 2025, Class 10 exams will be conducted between February 15 and March 18, 2025, and Class 12 exams between February 15 and April 4, 2025. CBSE 2025 Exam Updated Admit Card Guidelines

If any student is found to be in possession of, using, or attempting to use any electronic device (including mobile phones) for communication purposes within the exam centre, they will be prohibited from taking the current and next year's exams across all subjects. They will only be permitted to take the full subject exams the year after. This rule will also be applicable to students who spread rumours that disrupt the smooth conduct of the exams.

CBSE Exam 2025 Permitted and Prohibited Items

Security guards will conduct a physical examination of students and their belongings at the exam center entrance.

CBSE 10th & 12th Admit Card 2025 Guidelines:

For Regular Students: Carry your admit card and school identity card for verification at the exam center.

For Private Students: Bring your admit card and a government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport) for identity verification.

Stationery and Electronic Devices:

No textual material (printed or written) allowed. Calculators are not allowed (except for students with learning disabilities, as per CBSE Circular No. CBSE/COORD/2020).

No pen drives, log tables (log tables provided at exam centers), or electronic pens/scanners.

Stationery Items: Carry essential stationery in a transparent pouch: Geometry box, pen, scale, eraser, writing pad.

Communication Devices: Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, smartwatches, pagers, cameras are strictly prohibited.

Watch: Only a simple analogue watch is allowed; no digital watches or smartwatches.

Other Prohibited Items: Wallets, goggles, handbags, pouches are not allowed.

No food items except for diabetic students with medical permission.

Water Bottle: Bring a transparent water bottle for hydration.

Unfair Means: Unauthorized notes or gadgets used for cheating will result in punishment.

Travel Essentials: Metro card, bus pass, or money can be carried for convenience.

The dress code for candidates attending the CBSE 10th Exam 2025 / CBSE 12th Exam 2025 is as follows:
