CBSE Starts Toll-free Helpline for Students Launched On February 2
The board exams are around the corner and the students appearing for these are bound to feel the pressure of high-performance and optimum scoring, which is but natural. To ease the pressure and provide overall assistance, the CBSE has set up a Toll-free Helpline which would serve the students 24×7.
As the final exams are all round the corner so this is the time when all CBSE students would be under immense pressure. To relief this pressure the CBSE has come up with a helpline which would serve the students 24×7. The helpline was started from 2nd February and will remain active till 20th February. Students can ask the questions pertaining to any subject and that will be answered by the subject experts.
The students are also being provided psychological counselling to deal with the examination pressure and ease their nerves. Trained professionals and teachers have been stationed in about 72 CBSE schools across the country for the task.
The Helpline number for the students is – 1800 118004 which is a toll-free number.
Questions asked by the students on this helpline will be transferred to a counsellor who will reply to all the questions and address other exam related issues.
