Eligibility Criteria

Senior HRD Officer: Two years Full Time MBA (HR) / PG in HR /or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years' relevant experience.

Senior Finance Officer: CA with 4 years' experience or Two years Full Time MBA (Finance) / PG in Finance / CS / ICWA / or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years' relevant experience.

Senior Admin Officer and Senior Legal Officer: LLM with 4 years' experience or Two years Full Time MBA / PG in Mass communication / LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years' relevant experience.

Finance cum Admin Officer and Admin Officer: CA / LLM or Two years Full Time MBA (Finance)/PG in Finance/LLB/CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years' relevant experience.

Personal Assistant (Secretarial): Graduate with 50/100 wpm typing/shorthand, familiar with computer operations with 3 years' relevant experience.

Finance Executive:  Graduate with 50% marks in any discipline or Postgraduate. Familiar with computer operations. 14 years of working experience in relevant field for graduates and 12 years for post                Graduates.

Maximum Age Limit for Non-Technical Jobs: 35 years.

(SC / ST / OBC / Ex-servicemen would be eligible for relaxations according to the Government of India norms.)

Selection Process for Non-Technical Jobs 2016

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written test / skill test / interview.
