Eligibility Criteria for Program Officer and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• State Project Coordinator: Master’s Degree in Social Work / Economic / Women’s Studies / Law / Governess / any other related field. Minimum experience of 5 years of working on women’s issues, with at least 3 years spent in managing and leading projects and teams.
• Specialist Gender, Specialist Training: Master’s Degree in Social Work / Economic / Women’s Studies / Law / Governess / any other related field. Minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
• Data Entry Operator: Graduate in any discipline. Typing speed of 30 wpm is essential and minimum work experience of 3 years.
• Support Staff (Peon): Graduate in any discipline.
• Program Manager: Should have a post-graduation in Social Work (MSW) / Master’s Degree in Psychology.M.Sc. Home Science (Child Development) / Research / Communication only from recognize university. Should have at least 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Program Officer: Should have Master’s Degree in Communication / Child Psychology / Social Work / Mass Communication only from recognize university. Should have at least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

Age Limit

• State Project Coordinator: 40 - 55 years
• Specialist Gender, Specialist Training: 35 - 45 years
• Data Entry Operator, Support Staff (Peon): 35 years.
• Program Manager (Child Protection, Trainings, IEC & Advocacy) and Program Manager (Adoption, Foster Care and Sponsorship) and Program Officer: 25 – 35 years.
