Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Scientist : Ph.D. in any branch of Science/Social Science or Master's degree in Engineering or Health/Medical Sciences and 16 Years experience in in promotion and nurturing communication including science, technology, agriculture, health, environment and socio-economic development using print, broadcast, folk, digital and interactive form.
