Eligibility Criteria for Dy. Estate Manager & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Dy. Estate Manager, Sr. Asstt. Estate Manager: Candidate should have Degree with a post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Town and Country planning or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution or Corporate membership of Institution of Surveyor (India).
• Assistant Traffic Manager Gr-I: Degree from a recognized University.
• Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil): Degree or equivalent in Civil Engg. from a recognized University / Institution.
• Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical): Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university / institution.
• Librarian (Class-II): Degree or Diploma in Library Science.

Age Limit

• Dy. Estate Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.
• Sr. Asstt. Estate Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 35 years.
• Assistant Traffic Manager Gr-I, Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil), Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical): Upper age limit for the post is 30 years.
• Librarian (Class-II): Upper age limit for the post is 25 years.

Selection Procedure for Dy. Estate Manager & Other Posts

The method of selection will be based on Written Test/ interview.
