It has been a great victory for Arjit Kansal, a 16 year old Delhi teenager, who succeeded in winning the 2014 Microsoft Office specialist world champion in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, held in US. The award holds a tablet, $5000, a medal, trophy and a certificate.
Kansal has defeated more than 100 contenders in the competition. For him winning this competition was not what he thought. He prepared himself for about five months for the competition during which his school helped him a lot to manage his time in studies and practice. Various online forums were also a way that enhanced his knowledge on colours, textures, designs, etc. He worked on his speed, while internet helped him to find more elements about PowerPoint 2010, that he was not friendly with.
