Project Manager, Jr. System Manager, and more  on Contractual basis. Type of recruitment: on Contractual Basis

1. Sr. Project Manager: 6 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 34000- 40000 per month

Qualifications: MBA, MSW, PGDM, BE, BVSC & AH with 3 years relevant experience.

2. Project Manager: 22 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 25000- 30000 per month

Qualifications: MBA, MSW, PGDM, BE, BVSC & AH with 2 years relevant experience.

3. Asst. Project Manager- Accounts: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 15000- 20000 per month

Qualifications: B.Com with Tally and 3 years relevant experience.

4. Asst. Project Manager: 12 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 15000- 20000 per month

Qualifications: B.E., B.V.Sc. & AH, MSW

5. Jr. System Manager: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 10000 + performance Incentive per month

Qualifications: BCA/ Graduate in any discipline with DCA and 3 year relevant experience  

6. Sr. Executive Assistant & Stenographer: 1 post

Remuneration: Rs. 6500 + performance Incentive per month

Qualifications: required Typing and Shorthand speed and computer knowledge with 3 year experience  

7. Executive Assistant/ Multipurpose worker/ Data Entry Operator: 4 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 6500 + performance Incentive per month

Qualifications: required Typing and Shorthand speed with good knowledge of computer & certificate of CCC or COPA and 3 year experience

For Educational field  

8. Sr. Project Manager: 7 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 34000- 40000 per month

Qualifications: MSW, MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management (PGDEM), PGDRM/ PGDRD and 3 years experience

9. Project Manager: 20 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 25000- 30000 per month

Qualifications: MSW, MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management (PGDEM), PGDRM/ PGDRD with 2 years experience in Educational field

10. Asst. Project Manager- Accounts. Project Manager: 2 posts

Remuneration: Rs. 15000- 20000 per month

Qualifications: B.Com with Tally and 2 years experience

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the recommended selection process:

For posts at Sr. No. 1, 2, 4, 8 and 9: Skill and Analytical test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

For post of Sr. No. 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10: Written/ Computer Test and Personal Interview
