DHFWS Jhargram for Staff Nurse Document Verification Schedule 2020 : District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram, West Bengal has announced the Document Verification Scheduled for the posts of Staff Nurse, Social Worker, Medical Report Keeper and other on the official website of West Bengal Health Department. All such candidates applied for these posts can check the Document Verification schedule available on the official website of WB Health - wbhealth.gov.in.
According to the short notification released by the Health Department, West Bengal, the District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram will conduct the Document Verification on 29 July 2020. The venue for the Document verification is -Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Raghunathpur, District Hospital Campus) Jhargram.
The notification further says,"In response to the advertisement vide Memo No.: DH&FWS/JGM/2020/306 dated 05-03-2020 and DH&FWS/JGM/2020/889 dated: 05-06-2020 and Reference Memo No. DH&FWS/JGM/2020/409 dated:16-03-2020 the following candidates are requested to attend the verification of Original Testimonials for different contractual posts under NHM on 29-07-2020."
All such candidates applied for these posts will have to bring self attested photocopy of all testimonials and one passport size colour photo during verification. Candidates applied for these posts can check the Document Verification schedule available on the official website.
