• Clerk-cum-typist: 1 post
• Data Entry Operator: 6 posts

Age limit

• Candidate’s age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1 January 2014 for all posts.
• Age relaxation is as per the government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Executive Assistant: Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Computer Application from any institute recognised by State Government or Central Government or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education.
• Nirman Sahayak: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.
• Gram Panchayat Sahayak: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University.
• Accounts Clerk: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University.
• Clerk-cum-typist: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University and having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
• Data Entry Operator: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University & having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English & 20 words per minute in Bengali with minimum 3 months formal training in using personal computers from any institution recognised by the State Govt. or the Central Govt. or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education and should also have a minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depressions per hour.

Pay Scale

• Executive Assistant: Rs.7100-37600 + GP Rs.3600/-
• Nirman Sahayak: Rs.9000-40500 + GP Rs.4400/-
• Gram Panchayat Sahayak: Rs.5400-25200 + GP Rs.2300/-
• Accounts Clerk: Rs.5400-25200 + GP Rs.2600/-
• Clerk-cum-typist: Rs.5400-25200 + GP Rs.2600/-
• Data Entry Operator: Rs.5400-25200 + GP Rs.2600/-

Selection process

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and Viva-Voce test.
