Age limit
• Candidate’s age should be up to 30 years for Care Coordinator post as on 1 April 2013.
• Candidate’s age should be up to 40 years for remaining posts as on 1 April 2013.
Educational Qualification
• Counselor (NCD): Bachelor degree in social science or degree/ Diploma in counseling or Health Education or Mass Communication.
• Care Coordinator (NCD): 12th passed with soft spoken and good communication skills and basic knowledge of computer.
• Staff Nurse (NCD): Bachelor degree/ Diploma in nursing from Indian Nursing Council and certificate of registration from Jharkhand Nursing Council.
• Staff Nurse (NCD): Bachelor degree/ Diploma in nursing from Indian Nursing Council and certificate of registration from Jharkhand Nursing Council.
• Counselor (NCD): Bachelor degree in social science or degree/ Diploma in counseling or Health Education or Mass Communication.
• Staff Nurse (NPHCE): Bachelor degree/ Diploma in nursing from Indian Nursing Council and certificate of registration from Jharkhand Nursing Council.
• Sanitary Attendant (NPHCE): 10th passed and should be fluent with local language.
• Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE): 12th passed or equivalent and 1 year certificate course or diploma in multi Rehabilitation Worker or community based Rehabilitation Worker.
Application Fees
Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.400/- (General and OBC) and Rs.200/- (SC/ ST) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of District Rural Health Society, Bokaro payable at Bokaro.
Pay Scale
• Counselor: Rs.8000 per month
• Care Coordinator: Rs.6000 per month
• Staff Nurse: Rs.12000 per month
• Sanitary Attendant: Rs.7500 per month
• Rehabilitation Worker: Rs.15000 per month
Selection Process
Candidate’s selection will be done on the basis of Skill test/interview/written test.
