Disaster Mitigation and Management Centre (DMMC) is the apex center in the field of Disaster Mitigation & Management in Uttarakhand, to protection of the community and the environment from the over whelming obliteration caused by disasters. DMMC, located in the Uttarakhand secretariat compound, is to generate the sense of worth amongst common people and the government authorities in formulating appropriate policies and strengthening their capabilities to cope up with all aspects of disaster management

• Dy. Program Managers: B.E or B.Tech in Civil with more than 10 years experience.
• Manager (Project Management): Superintending Engineer level with 20 years Experience from any Civil Engineering Department.
• Aviation Specialist: Resource with more than 15 years experience in Aviation related activities, having extensive knowledge of DGCA procedures and rules.
• Manager (Contract Management): B.E or B.Tech with more than 10 year experience in Contract Management.
• Procurement Manager B.E or B.Tech (Pref. Civil Engg) with more than 10 years experience in Procurement activities.
• Manager (IT/MIS): B.Tech in IT/Comp Sc or MCA with more than 5 years experience.
• Officer (Environment/Resettlement): PG in Env. Sc. with more than 10 years experience.
