Application Fees: An application fee of Rs.200 has to be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Eastern Coalfields Limited’ payable at State Bank of India, Sanctoria Branch.
(SC / ST & physical handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of fee.)
Selection Procedure: Candidates would be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Exam and Interview.
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will only be called for Written Examination. Those who will qualify in the written examination will be required to appear in Personal Interview. The Result of written examination will be published on ECL Website www.easterncoal.gov.in
Travel Allowance: SC / ST Candidates called for interview will be paid to and fro second class train fare by shortest route from the address of correspondence to Sanctoria on production of Railway Ticket.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply either On-Line or Off-Line.
However candidates are encouraged to apply On-Line to get e-mail confirmation of registration.
Online Mode:
Candidates can apply line by logging on to http://www.easterncoal.gov.in till 15 December 2012.
After applying online, candidates are required to take a printout of the submitted Application Form, sign at the space provided, paste recent passport size colour photograph and send it along with fee DD and copies of required documents / certificates to “The Manager (Recruitment), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Personnel Department ,HQ, at Sanctoria, PO-Dishergarh , Dist-Burdwan-713333 ,West Bengal” so as to reach there on or before 25 December 2012
Name of the post applied for should be super-scribed on the top of the envelope containing the application.
(Candidates applying online should have a valid E-mail ID.

Offline Mode:
