Essential Qualifications: MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty.
Experience Required: at least 3 years experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Degree/at least 5 years experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Diploma.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.300 (Rs.75 for SC & ST category candidates) have to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘ESI Fund account No.1’.
No fees applicable to PWD & Female candidates.
Candidates should retain a photocopy of the DD with them for records.
Mode of Recruitment: Interested eligible doctors should attend the walk-in Interview to be held at Employees' State Insurance Corporation, ESIC Model Hospital Haryana, Sector-9 A, Gurgaon (Haryana)-122001on 30 January 2014 from 1000 hours onwards.
Candidates coming for the Interview should carry with them duly filled in application form along with two recent passport size photographs, original & attested photocopies of all relevant certificates/testimonials/mark-sheets and Demand Draft as Application fees in original.
Candidates willing to apply for more than one post should submit separate application for each post.
