Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invited applications for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor Posts in various disciplines. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 15 June 2015.

Pay Scale:

• Professor- (PB-4 +GP 8700/-+NPA)
• Associate Professor- (PB-3+GP 7600/-+NPA)
• Assistant Professor- (PB-3+GP 6600/+NPA)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Professor-
1. A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
2. A Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS (Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ allied discipline.
• Associate Professor-
1. A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
2. A Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS (Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ allied discipline.
• Assistant Professor-
1. A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
2. A Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ allied discipline.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
