Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainee Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Management Trainee (Chemical) : candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical /Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology/Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engg./ Polymer Technology with minimum 60% from a recognised university                                                                                                    

Management Trainee  (Mechanical) : candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Production/ Manufacturing Engg./Manufacturing Science & Engg with minimum 60% from a recognised university

Management Trainee (Instrumentation) : candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum 60% from a recognised university                                                                                                    

Management Trainee (Civil) : candidate should have Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering with minimum 60% from a recognised university                                                                                                   

Management Trainee (Fire and Safety) : candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire and Safety with minimum 60% from a recognised university                                                                                                    

Management Trainee (Officer) (Sales) : candidate should have BSc  Agriculture from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates shall have working knowledge of at least one of the languages viz. Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu,  and Kannada, in addition to English with minimum 60% from a recognised university                                                                                                       

Selection Process for Management Trainee Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of online  test,  Group discussion,  and  Interview.
