  • Senior Manager (HR) Grade: E 5: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55 percent marks and two years full-time MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60 percent marks for SC candidates or Full-time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55 percent marks and two years Full-time Master Degree/ Two years Full-time PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60 percent marks for SC candidates.
  • Senior Manager (F&A) Grade: E 5: CA / ICWA or Full-time B.Com with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A/ B.Sc.) with Honours in Maths with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A/ B.Sc.) with Honours in Statistics with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduate in Engineering i.e. B.E./ B.
