Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Professor – Basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the schedules of the Indian Medical Council act 1956 and must be registered in a state medical registrar or Indian Medical Registrar; Doctorate of Medicine which is equivalent to DM as per existing Medical Council of India norms or equivalent from Medical College.
- Associate Professor - Basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the schedules of the Indian Medical Council act 1956 and must be registered in a state medical registrar or Indian Medical Registrar; DM/MD/MS or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Psychiatrist Specialist – Basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the schedules of the Indian Medical Council act 1956 and must be registered in a state medical registrar or Indian Medical Registrar; MD in Psychiatry.
