Eligibility Criteria for Junior Manager, Gn. Manager and Dy. Manager Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Chief General Manager: candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture/ Civil or equivalent with 24 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

General Manager: candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture/ Civil or equivalent with 22 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

Dy. General Manager: candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture/ Civil or equivalent with 15 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

Junior Manager (Hull Engineering): candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ or equivalent with 08 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

Junior Manager (Electrical Power): candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Electrical or equivalent with 08 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

Junior Manager (Electronics Radio): candidate should have Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent with 08 years’ post qualification experience in the concerned filed. 

Junior Manager (Official Language): candidate should have Master’s Degree in Hindi/ English with English/ Hindi as Subject at Degree level with 08 years’ post qualification experience in relevant field.
