The written exam of Gujarat Police Constable Recruitment which was supposed to be held on Sunday was cancelled. Reason behind the cancellation of the exam has been said that authority has came to know that the question paper for the exam has got leaked.
The written exam was cancelled just hours before the test as it was set to schedule on Sunday and candidates were all set to take part in the examination.
According to reports, about 8.75 lakh candidates were all set to appear for the examination which was supposed to be held in total 2440 exam centers in the state. But the decision by the concerned authority which is responsible for organize the exam has now decided to cancel the exam as it came in light that question paper for the same has been leaked.
According to media reports, the chief of the Lokrakshak Recruitment Board, which is responsible for the conducting the examination has decided to called off the examination as it is clear that the question paper for the exam has been leaked. Although organization is not sure the exact place where the paper got leaked but exam has been cancelled.
Meanwhile the decision for cancellation of the exam has left clueless and dejected to those candidates who had travelled towards exam centers across the country to take part in the examination.
