Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification

Qualification must be from a recognized University or Institution with relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field.

• For Finance Dept. Posts: Possess ICWA or CA or MBA (Finance) with relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Human Resource Dept. Posts: Possess MSW or NIPM or MBA (HR) or PGDPM with relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Legal Dept. Posts: Possess Graduation Degree with LLB and the relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Chief Security Officer Post: Possess Degree in any discipline or equivalent with a relevant experience in the concerned field.

Age Limit

• For GM : 48 years.
• For JGM : 45 years.
• For DGM & Chief Security Officer : 40 years.
• For AGM : 36 years.
• For Manager : 34 years.
• For Officer : 28 years.
• For Dy. Manager : 30 years.

Pay Scale

Candidate will get Approximate Emoluments as per the post mentioned below :

• For GM : Rs. 68,573/- Per Month.
• For JGM : Rs. 61,883/- Per Month.
• For DGM : Rs. 53,520/- Per Month.
• For AGM : Rs. 48,503/- Per Month.
• For Manager : Rs. 43,485/- Per Month.
• For Dy. Manager : Rs. 35,959/- Per Month.
• For Officer : Rs. 28,767/- Per Month.
