Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Labour Commissioner & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Labour Commissioner (Class-II) in Labour Department: Law Graduate with labour laws as one of the subjects from any recognized University or Institution. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
• Editor (Class-II) in Labour Department.: Graduate with Economics or Public Administration or Sociology or Commerce or three years professional LLB degree with Labour Laws as one of the subject. Degree in Journalism from any recognized University. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education
• Manager (Legal) ‘Group-A’ in Haryana State Warehousing Corporation: Graduate alongwith LLB (Professional) in 1st division with 10 years enrollment as an advocate and having experience in handling legal matters in public sector undertaking/banks. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
